Space for clarity, orientation, and personal development.
In Norse mythology, Yggdrasil is the world tree – held by roots where wisdom, insight, and responsibility begin.
My work is about making that inner source accessible again: what sustains you, gives you direction, and becomes the foundation for a self-determined life.
Growth doesn't mean becoming someone new – it means reconnecting with what is essential.
"The root sustains the tree —
not the storm that determines its growth."
Back to the roots.
The work doesn't begin with the symptom, but with the foundation. What sustains you – and what needs attention before it gets louder?
Many answers already lie within you – sometimes in the body, sometimes in quiet inner voices. Together we create space to hear them.
Not change for the sake of change – but a return to what you have always been at your core.

I work as a psychosocial counsellor with people who are in transitions, feel lost, or simply looking for someone who truly listens.
My work is grounded in the belief that every person has inner resources – even when they may not seem accessible at times. I work closely with the body and with attentiveness: What do you notice right now? What is surfacing within you?
Sometimes there are different parts of us pulling in different directions. Not suppressing that multiplicity, but exploring it – that is part of my work.
Space for clarity. Space for honest self-awareness. Space for the next step.
